2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. License to use courses

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the courses you buy for your personal or organizational use consistent with these Terms. You may not resell, share credentials, redistribute, or publicly display course content without prior written consent.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been completed. Team and enterprise purchases are governed by separate agreements.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful activities.
• No attempts to circumvent access controls, copy-protection mechanisms, or security features.
• No scraping, automated downloading, or bulk reproduction of content without explicit consent.
• No sharing of account access with third parties.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials, trademarks, logos, and site content remain the exclusive property of Scriptova Labs or its licensors. You may create personal notes and derivative projects for your own learning purposes.

7. Disclaimers

All courses and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. Scriptova Labs does not guarantee specific educational outcomes, employment, or compensation changes as a result of using our platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scriptova Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding your claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account and stop using the service at any time.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco County, California, except where local law prohibits such arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
